More women have come forward alleging r*pe by members of Jung Joon Young's chatroom.
According to a report by Channel A 'News A' on the 22nd, a group of women have filed a complaint claiming a similar instance of r*pe in Hongcheon, Gangwon Province.
According to reports, five men, including Jung Joon Young, Choi Jonghun, and a Burning Sun employee 'Kim', traveled to a resort in Hongcheon in January 2016. This specific trip was planned by Joon Young who invited several female acquaintances to the trip.
Police are paying special attention to the katalk conversations that happened around this time because they contain language that suggest the resort accommodations might have been used to facilitate the r*pe. Several photos and videos were uploaded to the chatroom that Police suspect were illegally filmed.
On this particular trip, it looks like Seungri didn't attend but there's a katalk conversation on January 9, 2016 where he's seen commenting on a video that was shared:
Kim: [shares video]The women who filed the complaint stated, "We drank the alcohol that the guys provided and blacked out. We have no memories of what transpired that night."

As the victims are female, the investigation has been delegated to the 'Womens and Juvenile Affairs Division' of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency. A source from police revealed, "We're investigating whether an instance of gang r*pe transpired due to the nature of the conversations noted in the chatroom."
