Netizens are searching for an actress who allegedly did drugs at Burning Sun.
According to a report by SBS' 'The Its Know' on the 4th, an actress in her 30s 'A' hit people who were greeting her with a light stick. Those who were assaulted were in their 40s and 50s. The actress' eyes were said to be bloodshot, suggesting drug use.
Netizens speculated about the identity of actress 'A' online saying, "If the actress in her 30s then it might really end up being Han Hyo Joo??" According to netizens, the cosmetics company that held a party at Burning Sun the night of the 23rd/24th was JM solution that houses Lee Byung Hun, Jung Eun Chae, Han Hyo Joo , and Kim Go Eun.

Kim Go Eun is her twenties and Lee Byung Hun is a male thus eliminating suspicions around them. Netizens speculated it could be Jung or Han with stronger suspicions around Han Hyo Joo because she's close to Jung Joon Young from her invitation to program '1N2D' where Jung Joon Young was previously a main cast member. According to netizens, Han Hyo Joo's appearance on the program itself was surprising at the time.
Some netizens also speculated about a previous incident involving Han Hyo Joo's brother who allegedly bullied a student to his death and the stories around the case were buried.
JM Solution released a statement addressing the speculations announcing that they will be taking legal action against malicious comments and false rumors.
The statement reads as follows:

We would like to address the recent controversy involving Burning Sun.
On November 23, 2018, JMsolution held an event with our employees at Burning Sun. Celebrities who are models for our brand did not attend that event, and we were not aware of the issue that occurred at the time. We find it very unfortunate to have cause worry and concern to everyone by having our company and our brand models’ names associated with the controversy simply because we were in the same location.
From last October, JMsolution began marketing in Korea, and most cosmetics brands use various advertising channels to launch brands and hold events. The event that was held at the location [Burning Sun] was simply an event for the brand, and had nothing to do with the ongoing controversies.
Despite never being contacted by or speaking with any media outlet regarding this, reports have been linking our brand and our brand models to the controversy, and we find it unfortunate that we are suffering from damages due to this reporting.
JMsolution plans to take a strong stance against those who spread false information and contribute to defaming our brand.
