YG Entertainment stocks continue to fall amid no progress by police in YG and Yang Hyun Suk's investigations.

National Police Agency Commissioner Min Gap-Ryong revealed in a written briefing Monday that "they are still checking the facts of the allegations raised against YG Entertainment including the alleged sex services by Yang Hyun Suk and drug-related suspicions by its artists," adding, "As it is a matter of great interest from the public we will investigate them [YG] strictly and thoroughly."

On June 17th, Min indicated his will to thoroughly investigate YG Entertainment saying that "he would set up a special team headed by the police chief of the Gyeonggi Nambu Police Agency to thoroughly investigate all the allegations raised." According to Min's briefing Monday, "the timeline of the alleged suspicions is a huge issue in this case and as a result they seem to be having difficulties securing direct evidence."

With regards to concerns such as delay in the investigations, he stated, "It's a slow-moving investigation which requires all the officials to go to the station to secure evidence so we're continuing to encourage them. We're encouraging them to remain suspicious and proceed as soon as they find issues that require investigation. We will issue warrants and force cooperation if necessary."

In the meantime, it's been a month since the YG-related probe began on June 17th and the public is growing more frustrated by the non-existent progress by police.
