As a result, member Renjun addressed the controversy on a VLive broadcast and explained that "he initially went to the car with the other members and got reminded that he left his airpods at the set. As a result he ran back out to retrieve them and when he got back he couldn't find the car that had moved because of traffic. In that span of time, fans spotted him and took pictures of him outside without an umbrella trying to reach the manager causing the controversy. He also explained that he's very close with the members and his managers and he's sorry about the misunderstanding."Unsubscribe to SMTOWN asap#SM_아티스트대우_개선해 pic.twitter.com/rTZ5MemUFJ— rukrin (@RookrynR) July 30, 2019
