Singer Steve Yoo (Yoo Seung-jun) has announced legal action against announcer Seo Yeon-mi.
Announcer Seo Yeon-mi revealed that she was a fan of Yoo Seung Jun as a child on an episode of CBS 'That Honey Show Plus' that aired on YouTube in July. She said, "I don't know why he bothers to come back to Korea. Doesn't he have any guilt. I still feel sorry for the man who said he would volunteer to join the Marines."
Regarding Yoo's application for an F4 visa for overseas Koreans, Seo Yeon-mi said, "He makes profits while working in China and the U.S but in Korea, he doesn't have to pay taxes on money earned abroad. For Yoo, working in the U.S and South Korea is a benefit."
Yoo Seung Jun posted Seo Yeon-mi's video of him on his SNS and stated, "To say something that is clearly not true as true is false testimony. Some people give up their lives because of false rumors. People who spread lies like they're true are killers. You might not be directly responsible but you can't deny responsibility. If you have a conscience, it would be normal if you don't feel at ease with your statements."
He continued, "I think you're much younger than me but you said, "Hey" to me. Are you brave or stupid? I'll look forward to hearing the same absurd remarks again in front of my face. If you have eyes, think carefully if these things have happened. Remember that one day you may have things that are so heartbreaking and stuffy that you never imagine. Either punishment or apology must be received. We are preparing, " he said, signaling legal action. "Before becoming an announcer, know the facts before making a fuss about them."
Announcer Seo Yeon-mi replied to Seung Jun's comments and said, "I want to ask again if the person who defrauded the public is qualified to mention "false testimony" and "honesty."
