Police are expected to send Yang Hyun Suk's case to prosecution as early as late this month.
An official from the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency revealed on a press conference on the 2nd, "the statute of limitations on Yang Hyun Suk's alleged prostitution will expire in late September, early October. There are some parts that should be sent to prosecution within that time. We will complete a comprehensive review of the data secured through Yang's statements and forward the case to prosecution."
The official also revealed that they have booked and questioned a total of 10 people, including 5 employers, over allegations that a secret entertainment center was operating at a building in Southern Seoul owned by Big Bang member Daesung. Police are conducting an analysis on CCTV footage, laptops, and cell phones secured through raids, as well as tracking bank accounts.
Asked if the police are in the process of tracking bank accounts by Daesung himself, the official stated, "We are tracking all the accounts necessary for the investigation."
