SM Entertainment has announced Chen will remain in EXO.

According to reports, SM reportedly held a meeting with EXO members on the 20th before making a statement about Chen's marriage announcement. An official from SM stated, "because all of of the EXO members have suffered the loss of members, they want to stay together. As a result, they plan to respect the opinions of the members therefore EXO members will remain unchanged."

SM also addressed the group's promotion activities this year and said, "We have members who are scheduled to enlist in the army so EXO members will focus on solo and unit activities. The members activities will released sequentially. We will do our best to repay your love."

In the meantime, EXO Chen reportedly married his pregnant girlfriend and they're expecting a child.
