Song Hye Kyo and Yoo Ah In are under fire for their "Love for Wuhan" posts.
Both actors cheered on Wuhan, China where a number of deaths have occured due to the coronavirus epidemic sharing photos on their SNS at the same time.
Song Hye Kyo and Yoo Ah In shared photos on their SNS captioned, "LOVE FOR HUMAN" that also reads "LOVE FOR WUHAN" when the "H" and "M" letters are swapped and rotated.
Yoo Ah In captioned the post, "We are human. We are earth. We are one." Song Hye Kyo also expressed anxiety over Wuhan's death toll with photos and prayer emoji.
However netizens are sharing mixed reactions to their support of Wuhan, China. Chinese netizens applauded both Song Hye Kyo and Yoo Ah In expressing thanks for their posts but Koreans expressed their disapproval.
Korean netizens pointed out, "How difficult is the world because of Wuhan, China? It's difficult for Koreans to go out in the midst of this epidemic because of patients situation."
Other netizens criticized, "Song Hye Kyo is just trying to manage her image because she's active in China."
In the meantime, Song Hye Kyo and Yoo Ah In are label mates in the same agency.
