Shincheon-ji lecturer confirmed to have infected six people including an elementary student

Another group infection from a Shincheon-ji member has been discovered in Suwon.

On the 19th, A listened to a lecture given by an outside instructor B, a Shincheon-ji member, confirmed with the Coronavirus. A then attended a Sunday church service at Suwon Spring Life Church on the 23rd and reportedly infected five other people.

Among those infected were four teachers from the church and an 11 yr old elementary school student. When asked, the pastor stated, "I think they caught the Corona from sharing snacks."

Those infected have reportedly been transferred to Seongnam, Anseong Medical or assigned to a quarantine ward. The church is now closed and the building quarantined. The area around the building has also been disinfected.

An official from the church stated, "We're sorry for causing great fear and harm to the community. We'd like to stress that we have no affiliations whatsoever with the Shincheon-ji."
