Park Yoochun will undergo trial once again this time for failing to pay court ordered damages to one of his sexual assault victims.
The court ordered Yoochun to pay 50 million won settlement fee to 'A' for rape and sexual assault at an adult entertainment entertainment in 2016. However, Yoochun refused to pay the victim.
The court had also awarded 'A' an interest in Yoochun's officetel in Samseong-dong, Gangnamg-u, Seoul if he failed to pay, however, since Yoochun defaulted on his tax payments, the officetel had gone up for auction in September. When 'A' tried to serve Yoochun with court documents through mail, he failed to respond to any of her requests.
Eventually, 'A filed an "property assessment" injunction against Yoochun to recoup her 50 million won and accrued interest. However, Yoochun consistently disregarded her requests eventually reaching trial.
Yoochun is scheduled to undergo disciplinary trial on April 22.
