Fans are airing their grievances with YG once again regarding BLACKPINK's comeback.
The group was tentatively planned to return with new music in the first quarter of 2020 but since it's already past that time frame YG Entertainment has yet to address reasons for the delay nor share future comeback plans for the group.
The group's last comeback was in April 4th, 2019 with lead single and EP 'Kill This Love.'
Fans trended the hashtag #BLINKSwantCOMEBACKNEWS on the 19th writing,
BLINKS WANT BLACKPINK!!! We want to see them promote as a group too!!! It seems like you forgot Blackpink is one of the biggest girl GROUPs in the world!!! We want a comeback! The girls deserve better!!! Learn who to prioritize.. because it should be them!#BLINKSwantCOMEBACKNEWS pic.twitter.com/e1gMaYv51D— 젠득이 바보 ☁️🍭💕 (@jendeukiebabo) April 19, 2020
time and time again, the girls didn't dedicate almost half of their lives in training to become an artist just to for them to be treated at the bare minimum. i am beyond proud of them but the mistreatment must stop#BLINKSwantCOMEBACKNEWS @ygofficialblink pic.twitter.com/98l6YPS5UY— C (@liiimarioxxx) April 19, 2020

Blackpinks official schedule on YGs website has been completely empty for all of 2020.. this is sick #BLINKSwantCOMEBACKNEWS pic.twitter.com/uweA7HdxiP— ᴄʏᴀɴ (@cyanblink) April 19, 2020
Give us a specific comeback date and give BLACKPINK a proper promotion send them to tv shows and let them promote for many weeks the girls didn't train for year to be stuck in yg dungeon they don't deserve this #BLINKSwantCOMEBACKNEWS— Asmae⁷ (@pinkseesaw) April 19, 2020
In the meantime, BLACKPINK is the only idol group without a full album in almost four years since their debut in August 2016.
