'Watchman' was indicted on charges of sharing 10,000 female nudes in Cho Joo Bin's 'Nth Room' and 'Baksa' Telegram chatrooms as well as sharing links of pornographic material shared by other heavy users in the chatroom. Among them, were nude photos and videos of children and adolescents with their private parts exposed. Unlike Cho Joo Bin, however, he's not being charged with filming molka or using it for financial gains but the prosecution stated plans to conduct investigations whether he was involved in the filming as well.
'Watchman's lawyer stated in court, "He's reflecting a lot on the scandal. It was wrong of him to share nudes on the chatroom but he wasn't involved in anything else. He's being treated unfairly with excessive media attention causing a lot of hurt and suffering for his family and acquaintances. Please respect his privacy."
