Suzy was ranked as the #1 female idol with the most expensive house.
On the 29th, Mnet's 'TMI News' featured stories of the young and rich idols in music industry and ranked the "top male and female idols" living in the most expensive houses.
The top ranked female idol was Miss A's Suzy with her 134 pyeong N-apartment in Nonhyeong-dong. The market price of her apartment is approximately 4 billion won (~$3,700,000). In 2016, Suzy purchased a building worth 3.7 billion won in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul and is said to receive monthly rent income of 15 million won for an annual return of 5.6%.
Among male idols, Super Junior's Lee Teuk ranked #1 with his T-apartment in Seongdong-gu worth 4.3 billion won (~$3,500,000). Big Bang's G Dragon's apartment ranked third but was found to be decorated with the most expensive artwork.
GD recently moved to ultra-high class apartment community at '91 Hannam' and his penthouse is reportedly worth over 9 billion won (~$7,300,00).
