BTS Suga is embroiled in rumors of sampling another controversial speech once again.

Tinnhac, a Vietnamese Internet media outlet, stated on the 4th, "I think I can hear Vietnamese words meaning "we, southerners" from Suga's second mixtape D-2." Later, a netizen raised suspicions that "What Do You Think" might have lyrics from a recorded speech of Republican president and war criminal Ngô Đình Diệm who committed war crimes during the Vietnam War.

Big Hit addressed the controversy calling the allegations "groundless" stating that the "rumors were misinformation written by Vietnamese media without fact-checking."

In the meantime, Suga is currently under controversy for sampling controversial cult leader Jim Jones' speech for his track 'What Do You Think.' His agency confirmed the allegations on the 31st and has since then re-released the song without the controversial speech.
