TVXQ's Yunho made an appearance on Mnet's 'Kingdom' premiere.
'Kingdom' premiered on April 1st revealing the first face-to-face with performers and MCs. Among those that made an appearance were the contestants The Boyz, Stray Kids, Ateez, BtoB, SF9 and iKON followed by MCs Yunho and Changmin.
Yunho made his introductions stating, "I remember the feeling so excited and nervous walking the same path as you" as he pointed out Stray Kids Felix who stated, "I'm very nervous" causing laughter.
Changmin pointed out iKON's Bobby and stated, "While there are many people who appear nervous, there are some that are relaxed." Bobby stated, "Everyone is bling bling but I think we're the only ones wearing training outfits."
Yunho cheered the participants and stated, "I know its not easy to confront each other with your performances as everyone is active in the world-class K-pop scene."
Afterwards, the teams showed off their 100-second performances in order based on selections made by iKON since they ranked first in the pre-vote.
Meanwhile, the production team of 'Kingdom' plans to edit parts filmed with Yunho to be broadcasted in the 3rd episode following Yunho's hiatus after his quarantine room salon scandal. Changmin will host the program alone as MC for the remaining episodes.
