Last year today, Han Seo-hee was released after testing negative for meth.
Han Seo-hee was arrested on August 11, 2020 and detained for 20 days after she violated her probation with drugs. Han Seo-hee was asked to take a surprise urine test at the probation center on the 8th but the test came back positive for meth. Han Seo-hee explained at the time that "her urine cup fell into the toilet contaminating the results."
The prosecution applied to the court to cancel her probation but a subsequent hair test conducted came back negative and Han Seo-hee was released from detention.
Han Seo-hee was previously charged for smoking marijuana after she was caught purchasing 90grams of marijuana 4 times and smoking 7 times in 2016. In September 2017, she was charged for smoking marijuana with Big Bang's TOP and sentenced to 3 years in prison suspended for 4 years probation.
Han Seo-hee is currently on trial for injecting drugs while on probation.
