Han Seo-hee (26) has been sentenced to prison for abusing drugs while on probation.
On the 17th, Judge Kim Soo-kyung of the Suwon District Court in Seongnam sentenced Han Seo-hee to 1.5 years in prison for abusing meth and stated that "she was a flight risk."
The judge stated, "Han Seo-hee said she dropped a paper cup into the toilet after taking her urine test at the probation office and it came out positive with drugs however there is no evidence that it was mixed with material in the toilet based on analysis conducted by the National Institute of Scientific Investigation. I will not accept her claims of her sample getting mixed with someone else as two of the three people that took a urine test at the same time are men."
According to News1, when judged confirmed her prison sentence and arrest, Han Seo-hee shouted at the judge and spit out profanities saying, "I will not run away. I will not be arrested."
To this, the judge stated, "If you're dissatisfied with the judgement, appeal according to procedure."
Han Seo-hee then retorted, "Judge. What are you doing right now. Ah sh*bal really" and was escorted out of the defendant waiting room as she spit out profanities.
Han Seo-hee then caused a fuss in the waiting rooms and her voice could be heard all the way to the courthouse. She was so angry with the Justice Department staff that were escorting her out in convoy to prison and became wild and unruly.
Meanwhile, Han Seo-hee was caught abusing marijuana with Big Bang's TOP (34) in 2016 and sentenced to three years in prison and four years of probation. However, in July last year, during the probation period, her urine test came back positive for meth and she was detained by officials. At the time, she claimed her urine cup fell into the toilet and became contaminated with drugs.
