Even my former faves also did lip sync a lot and even got into scandals over their lip sync. It wasn't just once either, I noticed it a few times but I guess the group isn't famous enough for it to be a hot topic and fans aren't pointing out the issue so there must be very few fans like me who are feeling scammed right now.
I just want the lip sync culture itself to disappear. There are so many idols who lip sync but pretend they're doing lives. That's why they're all shutting their mouths over IVE doing lip sync "sitting downã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹. Honestly, the whole idol industry is a scam.
If you're so proud doing lip sync why not freely write down that you're a lip sync group?
Anyway, I feel pity for IVE who are in the frontlines and taking all the hits right now but I hope this scandal keeps getting bigger and this "fake live" culture in the idol industry is pummeled down to a point (disappears)!

IVE does lives often and some of their performances are well received. It's weird that a group that did lip sync once or twice is getting hit more than a group that has been lip syncing since day one.
- [+156, -53] IVE has always been consistently doing lives at college festivals and have been commended for their stages at the Blue Dragon Awards and elsewhere. They've been doing lives for a while and only did lip sync a few times. Yet people are just now losing their mentals over it.

Doing seated lip sync deserves criticism but kicking and ridiculing them and sending them all kinds of hates on SNS, articles, and now the news?? Whether right or wrong, there are a more idol groups that perform live than lip sync.
