The arrest warrant for VIXX 's Ravi (30, Kim Won-sik) has been dismissed.

The rapper was accused of attempting to evade military service through a fake epilepsy diagnosis by a 'military service broker' however his arrest warrant has been dismissed.

On the 6th, Seoul Southern District Court Judge Kim Ji-sook conducted an interrogation (warrant review) of the suspect (Ravi) before arrest that day and stated, "In light of the objective evidence collected so far, it's difficult to say the suspect, who admitted to the charges, is a flight risk or will destroy evidence. The arrest warrant requested on the 2nd is dismissed."

A leaked forensic analysis of broker A (Goo)'s cell phone uncovered various instances in which Ravi asked and received "military service advice" from the broker. Ravi's military service records were also discovered. After being falsely diagnosed with epilepsy at a designated hospital, one party of brokers received "military exemptions" or "grade adjustments" based on this. It was also confirmed that Ravi lowered his physical grade using the same method.

His agency Groovlin told Donga, "We're sincerely cooperating with the investigation process. Please understand that we cannot provide details at this stage. We will provide more details later."

On the other hand, another Groovlin rapper Nafla (31, Choi Seok-bae) is also entangled with the same military service broker. He was arrested on the 22nd of last month on suspicion of attempting to evade military service by manipulating the social workers attendance records.

Meanwhile, Ravi has been working as a social worker since the the end of October last year.
