GD search and seizure warrant for "drug" charges thrown out of court for "lack of evidence"

The search and seizure warrant requested by police for G-Dragon's "drug charges" has been dismissed.

According to The Fact on the 30th, the Incheon District Court recently dismissed a search and seizure warrant for G-Dragon's communication details requested by Incheon Police Agency's drug investigation unit. The reason for the dismissal was identified as "insufficient [evidence] of criminal facts."

Police plan to conduct a supplementary investigation later and reapply for a search and seizure warrant for G-Dragon's communication details again. 

A police official stated, "The investigation may be somewhat delayed as we have to apply for a search and seizure warrant again."

Meanwhile, G-Dragon strongly denied the charges through his lawyer adding "they'll take extremely strong actions for speculative reports spreading false information and defamation."
