[Context] On the 11th, SM's Wizard Productions released an official statement announcing RIIZE Seunghan's return to the group. Seunghan was on hiatus due to privacy scandal (pre-debut pictures of him with a minor at a hotel bed were leaked to the media). Seunghan had been on hiatus for about 10 months. In the official statement SM wrote, "To BRIIZE who love RIIZE, Seunghan acknowledges that his past actions were wrong and has been deeply reflecting, feeling sorry toward the members and fans, and has been inactive for nearly a year. We also recognize that his past actions were not appropriate for an artist, which has led to prolonged discussions about when to resume activities."
