Jung Joon Young's case involving hidden cameras has been forwarded to prosecution.
According to Inspector Shin Eun Suk of the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's on April 16, the singer has been indicted on 11 counts of violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence, including the use of cameras.
Jung Joon Young (30) is accused of illegally filming and distributing hidden camera videos in the katalk chatroom involving Seungri (Lee Seung Yun, 29), Lee Jonghyun (29), Roy Kim (26) and Eddy Kim (29). Former FT Island member Jonghun is accused of spreading hidden camera film in the group chat as well and both cases (Joon Young and Jonghun's) have been forwarded to prosecution.
As for the alleged distribution of illegal footage by Seungri that took place in Jung Joon Young's chatroom, police are investigating whether Seungri filmed the footage himself.
