Police have secured circumstantial evidence that Seungri allegedly paid for prostitution at this residence.
According to an MBN 'News 8' report on the 9th, police have confirmed that Seungri facilitated prostitution services for Japanese investors and was directly involved in sex trade.
According to reports, the charges in the arrest warrant requested by police include additional charges for purchases of sex services, not only for others but for Seungri himself, as well as sex trafficking, embezzlement of funds from club Burning Sun and violations of the Food Sanitation Act.
According to police, they have confirmed that Seungri bought sex services in 2015. Police have secured evidence of the prostitute in question through financial records and investigation of the officials that visited Seungri's house at the time of the alleged prostitution scheme. Seungri reportedly admitted to having sex during investigation but denies that it was purchased.
In the arrest warrant requested for Seungri, charges relating to "Police Chief Yoon (49)" have been dropped. Police plan to announce the results of their investigation into Yoon on May 13 after going through a legal review of the case.
