Rapper Bill Stax (previously Vasco, real name Shin Dong Yeol, 39) is suing his ex-wife Park Hwan-hee for defamation.
A representative from Vasco's agency said on the 26th, "Vasco recently filed a suit with the Seongnam District Prosecutor's Office against his ex-wife Hwan-hee for alleged cyber defamation. Since the divorce from her in 2013, Hwan-hee gave up her parental rights and custody and was supposed to send 900,000 won monthly for childcare expenses as part of her responsibility as the mother. So far, she's only paid 50 million won for child support. She hasn't met with her son for over 5 years but recently started meeting with her son after Vasco's requests."
In the meantime, Vasco is alleging that Park Hwan-hee spread false facts about him on SNS and has damaged his and his family's reputation to the point that it's become a serious issue. As a result, he decided to file a defamation suit against her.
