Jung Yeon's acquaintance has confirmed that Kang Ta started dating the announcer in 2016.
The associate spoke to OSEN on the 3rd and revealed that "Oh Jung Yeon started her relationship with Kang Ta after they met in November 6, 2016 at his 'Coming Home' concert. Even though they had their arguments like any other couple, they were still dating and seeing each other regularly. The only time they had a problem was in April 2017 when she walked in on Kang Ta with another woman in his bed and was in considerable shock."
Racing model Woo Joo Ahn also addressed the cheating allegations with a statement released on her Instagram on the 2nd stating "On that day, her and Kang Ta were watching a cartoon in his room when a woman wearing a hat came in and asked her who she was and how long she had been dating him. Because she kept pressing, she answered that it had only been a few weeks. It was also a shocking and horrific event for her and that she was scared that she had become someone that ruined a precious relationship."
She continued, "I beg of you, don't frame me as the "other woman" without any proof. It would've been nice if you had contacted me separately about it. Even if you're angry, don't direct your rage at me because I was also scared and hurt that day. Please don't misunderstand."

On sunday afternoon, Jung Yeon left a comment on Woo Joo Ahn's Instagram and stated, "I only use facts. I remember exactly what you said. There's no way you didn't know we were dating at the time." Woo Joo Ahn has since then turned off the comment section of her Instagram.
In the meantime, Kang Ta's Instagram is also private and he has yet to address the growing scandal into his alleged two-timing with both women.
