Article: YG's earnings uncertainties likely to be eliminated...possibility of GD re-signing likely "

With GD's military discharge just three days away, expectations are growing regarding YG's future outlook and whether GD will resign with the agency.
YG shares closed at 26,400 won Tuesday, a 6.02% increase from the previous trading day. Hana Financial raised its target share price for YG by 11% (31,000 KRW) reiterating a 'Buy' rating as they expect that YG's uncertainties will likely be eliminated with Big Bang's discharge.
Lee Ki-hoon, a researcher from Hana Financial stated, "It's highly likely considering the relationship between SM and TVXQ and YG and Avex. For the last five years, Big Bang's dome tour revenues accounted for 40-50% of YG's revenues and vice versa for SM and TVXQ. If Big Bang is able to carry out a Japan Dome tour at the same level, they'll be able to achieve more than 30 billion won in annual operating profit.
He predicted, "If Big Bang activities and rookie group Treasure 13's activities become a reality, it will be the agency's highest upside potential in 2020."
The researcher also predicted that although 3Q net earnings will be sluggish this year at 63.9 billion won in revenues and 1.3 billion won losses, 4Q earnings are expected to recover somewhat due to activities by Akdong Musician, Winner, and Black Pink.
