Mnet has announced launch of new audition program amid 'Produce X' investigations.

Mnet announced that they will air a new generation show called "Teen Singer" aimed at teeenagers early next year.

"Teen Singer" is a follow up program following "High School Rapper" that was a big hit on Mnet. The show is intended to discover youth vocals and will serve as a gateway for talented youth to showcase their passion for music. Evaluations will also be carried out by teen judges.

In the meantime, Mnet's 'Produce' series and 'Idol School' are currently under investigation for alleged vote-rigging and corruption.
