Lawyer Kang has announced plans to reveal another victim sexually assaulted by Kim Gun Mo.
On the 9th, lawyer Kang Yong Suk and Kim Se Ui held another broadcast on their Garo Sero YouTube Channel and released an interview with a woman 'A' who claimed to have been sexually assaulted by singer Kim Gun Mo.
A stated, "It was painful for me to watch Kim Gun Mo on 'Ugly Duckling', especially when I see him wearing that batman T-shirt that he wore when he raped me. It was painful to watch those scenes so I had to switch TV stations because the torture was too much."
Lawyer Kang also announced plans to reveal a second victim on the 10th stating, "On the 6th, we received a report from another woman who claims to have been raped by Kim Gun Mo. Kim Gun Mo drank with eight entertainers at a club in Nohyeon-dong, Gangnam at around 1:00am in August 2016 and everyone left except Kim Gun Mo and 'B'. Kim Gun Mo then took victim B to the men's room and demanded sex eventually raping her."
He added, "Just because the victim met up with Kim at a room salon doesn't mean it's not rape. Rape is considered a crime if it's against the victim's will. Also, Kim Gun Mo didn't pay for the services."
In the meantime, Lawyer Kang filed a criminal complaint with the Soul Central District Prosecutor's office on the 9th on behalf of A for alleged sexual assault by Kim Gun Mo.
