Super Junior's Shindong has lost over 30kg.

At the end of last year, Shindong lost 17kg from 116kg (~256lbs) and caused a frenzy on portal sites. He has now lost over 30kg (~66lbs) while receiving continuous professional diet management from Juvis.



Shindong stated, "My weight loss goal is 75kg. I've tried a lot of diets but this is first time I've been able to diet easily and comfortably."

He continued, "I feel comfortable laying down and taking care of all three meals and losing weight. I feel that AI is a really innovative diet unlike my previous one because it analyzes my body and gives me directions." 

He added, "I will manage my weight without yo-yo like Roh Yumin for over 5 years."

Shindong was nicknamed "Yoyo Shindong" due to his past yo-yo dieting history. This time, he plans to lose 75kg through a different diet method and professional management.
