A male cast member from 'Heart Signal 3' is under fire for his alleged connection to Seungri's 'Burning Sun' club.
An informant close to foreign investor Madame Lin Samo with ties to Burning Sun scandal revealed, "I remember that cast member. He's a close aide to the CEO of the company. He often went back and forth between Arena Club and Burning Sun and is close friends with a chaebol grandson from a big conglomerate. He also hung out with granddaughters of big names in major companies."
In response to the controversy, a production official stated on the 16th, "We were able to confirm the facts through various channels over the past days regarding rumors involving one of our cast members. The claims being made in the media do not match up to the facts."
On the 13th, rumors began circulating in online communities after claims that a cast member from 'Heart Signal 3' was in a friendly relationship with members from Burning Sun. The netizen alleged, "The cast member posted a picture he took with his club friends in front of Burning Sun and thought that he could hide if he just deleted the photos. But his followers saw the photos. Some of his friends even got jailed for drug use in the past."
In the meantime, Seungri's club Burning Sun has been under controversy after the club was investigated for sex crimes, police collusion, and drugs last year.
