Three paying members that participated in Cho's "Baksa" chatroom have surrendered to police.
Lee Yong-pyo, head of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency stated on the 31st, "Three members from Cho Joo Bin's "Baksa" room have turned themselves in and are undergoing investigations. Regardless of whether they turn themselves in or not, we will punish those involved in illegal activities including those that helped Cho commit the crimes."
He added, "I think they will help shed light on Cho's motives as this case is of national concern."
In the meantime, one other paying member from Cho's "Nth Room" committed suicide at Han River stating on his suicide note that he "felt anxiety over Cho's Nth Room investigations."
