The prosecution has rejected Yang Hyun Suk's arrest warrant for covering up B.I's case.
The Metropolitan investigation unit of the Gyeonggi Nambu Provincial Police Agency requested an arrest warrant for Yang Hyun Suk on charges that Yang and two other people covered up iKON B.I's drug investigation. But according to a KBS report, the Suwon District Prosecutor's Office returned the arrest warrant filed by the police without asking the court.
Prosecutors reportedly directly the police to forward Yang Hyun Suk without physical detention.
