'The World of the Married' ratings hit an all-time high as 'The King' sees drop in viewership

'The World of the Married' is proving to be a hot drama in Korea.

On the 24th, JTBC's 'The World of the Married' drama aired its 9th episode and scored its highest ever viewership ratings of 20.5% nationwide and 23.2% according to Nielsen Korea.

Many are curious whether the drama will surpass JTBC's 'Sky Castle' that scored the highest viewership ratings of any cable network with its finale episode in 2019 with ratings of 23.8%.

In the meantime, Kim Eun Sook's 'The King' starring Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun saw a drop in viewership on its third episode with viewership ratings of 7.8% in part 1 and 9.0% in part 2.

The fourth episode of 'The King' will air on SBS on the 25th at 10PM KST.
