Comedian Jo Se-ho's weight loss is catching attention.
On the 2nd, Jo Se-ho revealed his daily life through TVN program 'On and Off' and showed off his muscles.
Jo Se Ho revealed, "I go to the gym five times a week." His health trainer Yoon Tae Sik stated, "he first started working out because he wanted to stay healthy in his late 30s but he seems to really enjoy it now as his body gets better and better."
According to the trainer, Jo Se-ho weighed 85.2 kg (~188 lbs) three months ago and has succeeded in losing 10.7kg (~22 lbs). His current weight is 74.5 kg (~164 lbs).
Jo Se-ho has posted about his steady diet and workout program on Instagram and many are looking forward to see whether he maintains his diet plan in the future.
