Jung Kook, Cha Eun-woo, Jaehyun and Minkyu first went to an Itaewon restaurant, then a bar and a club afterwards. At the time, CDC had advised people to refrain from visiting Itaewon from April 24th through May 6th and stay at home due to the spread of corona from an Itaewon Club in the area.
Dispatch has confirmed that BTS Jungkook and three other top '97 liner idols visited Itaewon bar.
According to Dispatch report, four '97 liner idols BTS' Jungkook, Astro Cha Eunwoo, NCT Jaehyun and Seventeen's Minkyu spent the beginning of the Golden Week (Apr 24 - May 5) in Itaewon. They visited an Itaewon bar on the evening of April 25th through early morning on the 26th.
All four took Coronavirus tests and tested negative but should've still self-quarantined for two weeks until May 10th to make sure they don't unexpectedly infect others if they were asymptomatic.
But this was not the case. Despite visiting Itaewon, Cha Eun Woo had comeback activities with his group Astro. He appeared on 'Cult two Show' and 'Hidden Track' on the 7th. He also performed on KBS 'Music Bank' and MBC 'Show! Music Core'.
As for NCT's Jaehyun, he continued with his MC gig at SBS 'Inkigayo' and went live on the 26th of April, as well as the May 3rd and 10th. Jung Kook and Minkyu didn't have any official schedules at the time.
A witness who was at Itaewon at the same place all four visited told Dispatch, "I refrained from going out for two weeks. It's more problematic that they acted as if nothing happened."
In the meantime, the Itaewon bar/club that the four visited has been placed under ban as it's not easy to social distance within the facilities due to high density.
In the meantime, the agency's complacent response when the rumors were first raised is under criticism as some of the agencies maintained the idol's "privacy" and some stated the rumors were "unconfirmed. No brakes were placed on group or individual activities and the four idols did not self-quarantine as required to make sure they didn't carelessly infect others and loved ones if they were asymptomatic.
In the meantime, the CDC has advised the Korean government not to let its guard down again.

Yes, Song Minho did wrong too but aren't they more problematic here? I'm curious how fans will shield them this time..,ㅉtsk
