Jung Joon Young and F.T Island Jonghun have reportedly come to an agreement with gang rape victims.
On the 6th, their lawyers submitted an application to the court to postpone the sentencing scheduled for the 7th at the Seoul High Court and the court accepted the requests. According to reports, Jung Joon Young and Jonghun reportedly came to an agreement with the victims which might affect the final sentencing.
Jung Joon Young received 6 year sentence for illegally filming women and gang rape and former F.T Island member Jonghun was sentenced for 5 years. However, both filed an appeal and the prosecution demanded 7 and 5 years in prison at the appeals trial held on April 9th.
