Singer Yang Joon-il is embroiled in rumors of a sudden divorce and remarriage.
A post shared in an online community is alleging that Yang Jun-il has a secret life. The author wrote, "The daughter Yang Joon-il's wife secretly gave birth to is already a high school student. The first wife is in Guam with her daughter."
The post first appeared in March but recently began circulating in online communities sparking controversy.
Yang Joon-il's side drew the line calling the allegations "groundless." In an exclusive interview with Sports Chosun on the 9th, Yang Jun-il stated , "A fan tipped me off about the post in the comments sometime in the spring. It's not true at all so I decided not to take issue with it because the comments disappeared when I tried to file a complaint."
Yang Joon-il made his debut with single "Rebecca" in 1991 and didn't receive much attention at the time. He recently appeared on JTBC's "Sugarman 3" last year and became a syndrome. He recently attended the "2020 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards" held at the Dynasty Hall of the Shilla Hotel on the 8th and won the "Hot Icon" category.
