Yuri Holdings CEO Yoo In-Seok and Park Han Byul's husband has admitted to all charges in court.
The Seoul Central District Court held its first trial at 10:45am on the 2nd for six people including Yoo In-Seok involved in the Burning Sun scandal. Yoo In Seok is accused of embezzlement, arranging prostitution, violating laws on aggravated punishment of certain economic crimes, and violating the Food Sanitation Act.
His lawyer stated in court, "We acknowledge all the charges. We will explain the actual degree of participation in writing. There is additional evidence submitted, we will clarify our position through further arguments."
Seungri, who's case was transferred to the military court was also mentioned in the trial as the defendants and some of the charges were entangled in the case. Entertainment workers (prostitutes) A and B admitted to all charges including arranging prostitution with Seungri.
