On the 12th, TV Chosun unveiled CCTV of Jung-in's adoptive mother Jang riding the elevator in August 2020 with Jung-in (14 months old) in the stroller.

At the time, corona was spreading rapidly in Korea but only Jang wore a mask, not her child.
A child specialist that saw the video stated, "she must've feared for safety. I'm sure this is not the first time they've treated her like this.
After Jung-in was found dead, her adoptive parents were charged with child abuse and abandonment that carry a 4-7 year prison sentence. They admitted to abuse but denied intending to kill her.
