According to a report by the LA Times and NY Post on the 8th, a woman Nibo (25) was surrounded by protesters while passing by LA City Hall. Dozens of protesters surrounded her and asked her "if she had voted for Trump in the last presidential election."
When she evaded the questions, the protesters became aggressive, firing pepper sprays in her face several times, swearing at her with derogatory racist words. One of the protestors even took off her wig and two men slapped her in the face.
Then a man named Roy Ball, who was among part of the group of protesters came out and used his whole body to protect her and she was able to escape the scene.
- [+630, -9] Anyone can be a good person but when they gather for the same purpose, their personal good is buried and everyone falls into collective madness. For him to do such a good deed even at a place like that, he deserves the praise.
- [+268, -96] If this was Korea, he would've been sued for sexual harassment for touching her in that manner.
- [+114, -37] Huh?? It clearly says she was threatened by Trump supporters that were protesting there in the first place. Those same protesters cursed at her with violent and racist statements. It's just that one of them protected her and she was able to escape...?
- [+71, -11] I still don't get why these protesters are out in the first place and not wearing masks when their country is suffering from 4,000 deaths a day from the corona
- [+75, -16] I keep seeing reports that half of America supports Trump so doesn't that mean half of America is far right like them..??
- [+11, -1] If this was Korea, he would've become a sex offender for hugging her from behind. This is a country where a woman's rights are more valuable than life.
- [+5, -0] Guys, the people that broke windows, shot at police, screamed and engaged in violence were Antifa disguised as Trump supporters...the whole thing was filmed on video.
