A new report has revealed that (G)-IDLE will comeback as a whole group drawing attention.
On the 14th, 'The Bell' reported that "Cube Entertainment plans to boost performance by expanding activities of its major artists from the second half of the year."
According to the report, Cube recorded 16.3 billion won in sales and 2.2 billion won in operating profit in the first quarter due to the strong performance by (G)I-DLE compared to same period last year where the company recorded 5.1 billion won in sales but a 500 million won operating loss.
Cube promoted Jeon Soyeon's solo album and Yuqi's entertainment activities in the 2nd quarter and the report analyzed that (G)-IDLE will make a full group comeback in the 3rd quarter drawing attention. Cube's rookie girl group 'Lightsum' will also be active.
In the meantime, Soojin has been quiet for 4 months and has yet to address accusations of school violence after she confidently demanded actress Seo Shin-ae clarify her statements.
