A reporter has tracked down Lee Soo Man's officetel in Gangnam that he gifted to his girlfriend.
The officetel is reportedly in a 19-story building with 19 apartments and 8 officetels. It's a luxury home with built-in kitchen appliances from various luxury brands in Germany and U.S and has a fitness center and movie theater for residents' convenience.
The two-story penthouse also has a private garden with an outdoor "open air" bath. The penthouse is currently on sale for 9 billion won and Vice Chairman of Daesang Group, Im Se-ryung is currently an owner of a penthouse in the building.
The SM CEO Lee Soo-man bought the penthouse for 3.89 billion won in 2015 and recently gifted the officetel to his younger girlfriend, a reporter in her 50s who runs an SM sponsored industry forum.
