Aespa's Winter is under suspicion of being an "ilbe."
On the 7th, an article was posted in an online community accusing Winter of using a dialect often used by ilbe. As proof, the author attached Winter's conversations with fans on paid service 'Bubble.'
In the leaked texts, Winter is seen asking a fan in a Gyeongsang-do dialect (saturi), "Noona also likes a lot of delicious things" and the fan replied, "(a lot), mutta (eaten)."
Winter replied to the fan in a charming dialect writing, "I ate a lot this year. I'm healthy." "Wow, (why you laugh like that) what's so funny?" cute."
Some netizens raised suspicions that Winter was ilbe because she used 'no' at the end of her words. Former President Roh Moo-hyun, who was a longtime ilbe, also often used the word 'No (盧)' at the end of the sentence as it were an everyday language.
Meanwhile, Winter appeared on JTBC 'Knowing Bros" that aired last month and revealed that she was from Yangsan, Gyeongnam and stated, "When I was a trainee I changed my dialect a lot. When I meet someone who speaks a dialect, mine comes out."
