EXO Xiumin and D.O under fire for neglecting Bubble despite pocketing fans monthly fees

Xiumin hasn't been on Bubble since 2/1 and D.O hasn't come since 1/31. We've asked them to visit and just leave a period, but they won't do even that, why? Bubble is a paid platform and as long as it stays paid, it constitutes a promise and obligation to fans. When I heard news that they were doing fine I was both relieved and sad at the same time ㅋㅋㅋㅋ. 

I don't really understand why they neglect Bubble so much. Every month, I go from worry-doubt-reality check back and forth, it's crazy. What we're asking for isn't much for EXO so shouldn't they come once in a while, at least once a month? Bubble automatically charges fees every month and they go straight into Kyungsoo and Minseok's pockets just like that...

5. [+172, -5] It seems like they don't care about Bubble as much as rookie idols. They're already popular so they don't care to attract new fans through live streams either. They probably think of it as an app they use when they come and go. Why are the comments saying they hate EXO for ignoring fans and not knowing how to appreciate them? If you're that stressed over it, I recommend quitting the app. 
6. [+135, -57] Looking at D.O's actions, he honestly seems ashamed that's he's part of EXOㅋㅋㅋ. Even when doing his actor schedules he just says he's healthy but never once mentions EXO-Ls. Does he think it's ok for him to be indifferent to fans like that?
7. [+97, -36] They take EXO-L to be pushovers so of course the members don't feel the need to communicate, it's honestly f*cking funny now. They don't deserve to be idols.
