An abnormality was detected in EXO's 7th full length album preparations.
According to an official on the 28th, SM Entertainment had to cancel recordings of EXO's Dingo 'Killing Voice' the day before. SM revealed, "The members thought there were more parts to fit before the comeback and the day before the recording, they changed the schedule for 'Killing Voice.' They scheduled a recording the other day and contacted Dingo."
However, according to an official, the schedule was inevitably changed as an EXO member A refused to attend the scheduled recording.
A is known to be non-CBX (Chen, Baekhyun, Xiumin) who previously had differing opinions over their exclusive contracts with SM and underwent a consultation process.
An official told SBS, "It's very unusual for a comeback to suddenly be postponed due to an absence from the filming schedule during an imminent comeback."
In fact, CBX had conflicts with their agency SM over their exclusive contracts, but on the 3rd, some discussions and revisions were made to their contractual relationship. However, it's said contract negotiation issues with the rest of the members are not over.
Meanwhile, EXO is scheduled to make their comeback with title song 'Hear Me Out' on the 30th ahead of their 7th full length album 'Exist' release on July 10th.
