Happy Face Entertainment (now D1CE) has canceled their lawsuit against YG.

Happy Face was suing YG Entertainment for canceling the debut of the final group formed under their survival program 'MIX NINE' where their trainee Woo Jin Young placed first.

Below is an official statement by Happy Face (>D1CE) addressing the lawsuit cancellation:
"Hello, this is D1CE Entertainment.
First of all, we want to express our sincere gratitude to all the people that have shown a lot of interest, concern and support regarding our legal conflict with YG Entertainment over the 'MIX NINE' program.
We met with the 'MIX NINE' production team several times and discussed the issues that arose during filming and after the show ended. The team fully acknowledged the issues and apologized.
We've accepted their sincere apology and have settled our misunderstandings quietly. In our consideration for Yang Hyun Suk's efforts to further the healthy development of the entertainment industry, we have decided to withdraw our lawsuit as well.
We hope this process was a meaningful step towards better communication and synergy and hope we can all focus our time into this effort.
We want to express our deep and sincere gratitude once again to everyone that sent their support to Woo Jin Young and all the trainees that will debut in the future under D1CE Entertainment.
Thank you "
