Lawyer Bang Jung Hyun has addressed rumors surrounding Ahn Jae Hyun.
On an interview with OSEN on the 5th, Bang Jung Hyun revealed why the actor was only filing a divorce lawsuit and not a criminal complaint against Goo Hye Sun. He stated,"Ahn Jae Hyun had loved her at one point so he didn't want to take issue with filing criminal charges against Goo Hye Sun. It's Ahn Jae Hyun's last consideration for the person he had loved. With regards to that, Ahn Jae Hyun's position is firm.
He continued, "From the beginning Ahn wanted to quietly wrap up the divorce with Goo Hye Sun. But it became an irreversible situation once Goo Hye Sun started her SNS disclosure campaign. Actually, their marriage has been broken down for a long time but now that we've started preparing for the lawsuit we're ready. For Ahn Jae Hyun's sake we need to resolve the injustice and clean it up as soon as possible. Even if it takes a long time, it's something that's inevitable, " he explained.
"With regards to the circulating rumors regarding Ahn Jae Hyun with an actress and Jung Joon Young's chatroom, we plan to take strict legal action. We definitely plan to take a hard line to attack these falsehoods. All the facts in the media are all unilateral false claims from Goo Hye Sun's side. After reviewing materials provided by Ahn Jae Hyun, we found Goo's remarks to be exaggerated and distorted. This has seriously damaged Ahn Jae Hyun's reputation and has even spread to affect a third party unrelated to the incident."
Lawyer Bang Jung Hyun also drew a hard line on alleged rumors of friendly relationship between Ahn Jae Hyun and Jung Joon Young. He said, "I am a lawyer that filed a public service report on "Jung Joon Young's tokbang case". I checked all the chat rooms at the time. With this opportunity, I went through Jung Joon Young's katalks again and there was no conversation between the two. According to officials, the divorce suit between the couple could last from one to three years if they decide to go at it in earnest.
