The rapper, and son of politician Jang Je-won, was caught by police driving drunk in Mapo-gu on the 7th after he crashed into a motorcycle between 2-3 am. His blood alcohol level was at .08% at the time so his license got revoked.
According to Channel A, Noel wasn't injured in the accident but a friend/acquaintance that was in the passenger seat with him reportedly was. After questioning by police, he returned home that night.
Channel A is also reporting that Jang initially told police that someone else drove the vehicle at the time but reports are emerging that he tried to switch drivers. He also tried to make an agreement with the victims on-site shortly after the accident saying that his father was a member of parliament and will compensate them.
Police are looking into the alleged reports.

- [+3,278, -193] We have to investigate this case through prosecution's logic. How did he purchase a 300 million luxury sports vehicle. Was it though a cash tax evasion, a private donor's family money donation?? Drunk driving is attempted murder. We need to prohibit that family from leaving the country. Also, look into how he got the driver's license too.
- [+2,064, -121] Jang Je-won's son was basically raised with a silver spoon in his mouth. He got to study abroad and did everything he wanted to do thanks to his father. Other kids his age work so hard to study and get a fair wage only to spend it paying rent and credit cards. Shouldn't you at least have tried to live a decent life???
