Netizens are questioning whether Park Yoochun is gearing up to make a full-fledged comeback.
On the 16th, Park Yoochun announced that his official fan site 'BLUE CIELO' will open on the 20th at 6pm. His agency stated, "we ask for your love and interest."

After leaving the detention center he vowed to "work hard" and "atone for his faults to society" but so far during his "reflection period" he held a fan meeting where he charged 77,000-190,000 won and shared various updates through his younger brother. On the 15th, Park Yoohwan shared an aegyo photo of him and Yoochun seemingly at a public location and on March 9th, Yoochun made a brief appearance on Yoohwan's Twitch live stream.
Based on the overseas fan meetings, opening of an official SNS account, release of a photobook, holding a fan sign event and now opening an official fan site, it seems the word "retirement" wasn't something that truly came to mind.
When STAR news tried to contact Yoochun, an official from his side hung up on the reporter only leaving the words, "he's busy, sorry." Even this refrained comment can only be interpreted to mean he's spurring action to resume to full-fledged activities.
