Just wanted to give quick clarifications about articles translated from Pann from messages we received.
Q: What's the difference between Pann, Naver and Nate
Pann is Nate's forum community where users can share trending articles and write about a variety of topics. Naver and Nate are portal sites where media outlets i.e Dispatch, Yonhap, SPOTV News, JTBC, SBS, MBC etc. share with the public articles written by professional journalists and users can react to the article via comments and emoji reactions. Users are not allowed to write articles on Naver and Nate.
Naver and Pann users are required to login to comment, upvote or react. Nate users can comment anonymously but are required to login to upvote.

Q: Will you be translating posts from Pann going forward?
Not exclusively. Most the posts shared on Pann are of articles shared on Naver or Nate. As such there's bound to be overlap with what's trending on Naver and Nate and what's shared on Pann.
We might consider translating Pann posts in the future but for right now our main focus will be on mostly Naver or Nate articles. If we do find some topics of interest on Pann we'll definitely share them on the blog.
Q: Will you be translating comments from Pann going forward?
Probably not. This is because there are other blogs that already exclusively translate from Pann so it would be overkill on our part. Although there are differences in the types of users that frequent the three sites (Pann, Naver, Nate), Naver and Nate are the most trafficked with Naver taking up 70% market share and thus better represents general Korean sentiment on topics presented.
But as always, we take translation requests so feel free to send us a message using the comment form.

I've also noticed an influx of new readers and commenters on the site. Thank you all so much for checking out the blog. It's always exciting to read all your messages and comments.
Thank you all and we'll see you on the blog!
Happy Kpoppin!
